Start with a free 7-day trial—no credit card required. You get full access to design your products and explore the platform. After the trial, choose Base ($15/mo) or Pro ($49/mo) to start fulfilling orders. You're only charged for products when you actually place orders.

The product price includes everything: freshly roasted coffee, your custom-printed packaging, quality control, and fulfillment handling. There are no hidden fees for design, setup, or storage. You pay the product cost + shipping, and that's it.

Nope! There are no setup fees, no design fees, and no storage fees. Your only costs are your monthly membership and the per-product pricing when you place orders. Shipping is calculated separately and shown clearly at checkout.

Yes! For wholesale orders placed directly through Roastify (not dropshipped), shipping costs decrease significantly with quantity. Orders of 45+ items drop to just $0.70/item for shipping. For very large orders or ongoing high-volume needs, contact us about Enterprise pricing with custom volume discounts on products too.

Absolutely. You can switch plans anytime from your account settings. Upgrades to Pro take effect immediately so you can access the expanded catalog right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You set your own retail prices. When a customer buys from your store, you collect the full payment. Then we charge you our wholesale cost ($12 for a 12oz bag + shipping). The difference is your profit. Most merchants price their coffee between $18-25 per bag, keeping $6-13 profit on each sale.
